Does not charge the thermostat

I always need to disconnect the thermostat and charge it with a USB. Can we fix this issue?

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • Do you see any lights blinking on the thermostat display?
  • Is a C-wire connected to the thermostat base?
