My Nest Thermostat won't connect to wifi. I went through all the steps in the troubleshoot guide and it still won't connect to wifi. I have two other Nest thermostats that are working fine and are connected to my wifi, what can I do to fix this? The Nest thermostats are only 9 months old.

i have the same issue with my upstairs one, i purchased it around the same time, and i have tried everything: Factory reset, charging the battery, resetting my router and wifi. and nothing. its really crazy that these thermostats fail so easily. im hoping someone here can help.

I’m having the same problem. It connected once and then dropped off. Hasn’t connected since. Can’t even see the network now. Tried all the troubleshooting steps multiple times and no change. Terrible product.
