Does not follow Schedule set. smart thermostat

I set my thermostat to cycle between 62° and 67°
I set desired times when I want this to happen for instance I wanted it to come on during the week at 2:30 and start warming up the house before I get home at 3:30. Everytime I come home the temperature of my house is 59° when I walk in the house

I see no button to have it follow the schedule I set

not happy at all

It is possible that you have "Home/Away Assist" turned on.  if so, the Nest detects when you're not home and turns the heat down to your Eco temperature.  At least, that's how our model works.  We have Home/Away Assist turned off due to the very problem you mention.
