Bought two Nest Thermostat-E years ago. Installed both at the same time; each controlling different floors. One working perfectly; no issues. 2nd blinking green and orange, no longer "wakes up" when you walk by. Supposed to indicate battery issues (however, it's getting power directly) and software update (last update was years ago; no updates are provided anymore) Delays heating/cooling initiation when temp drops out of range settings. Raised issue with support, followed all recommended actions, verified settings, but still shows no improvement. Due to length of time out of warranty, recommendation was to buy another Nest thermostat; would not issue a replacement. Uh, no thx. Very poor to not support obviously defective product. Makes me feel badly that I just bought a Pixel. Do you really expect me to pay more money for a product that company won't stand behind?
