3 weeks ago had the system checked and Nest installed. Today it started the issue of coming on for 5-10 seconds then cutting off. My house is 80degrees right now. Sunday weekend of  the 4th🙈

Hi DarlaJM,

Thanks for reaching out. Your Nest thermostat reports an overcurrent using E103 code. Overcurrent happens when the amperage traveling through your thermostat base exceeds its design limits (which could be caused by either voltage or resistance).

A few questions: are there any recent power outages, power surges, or work on your electrical system? Could you please take a photo of the wires connected to your thermostat? Also, provide the power readout of your thermostat. You can go to your thermostat Settings, then look for Technical Info, and Power.

Best,

Jenelyn
