E30 Wiring Report. No power to Y1 wire

Hello. I just had a quick question for you. I have a nest learning thermostat and I’ve recently received this E30 wiring report. No power to Y1 wire detected. It looks like my heater turned off in my place as well. 
Everything has been working well up to today so this is a recent problem. 
any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I’ve had this thermostat for several years now without an issue and it was professionally installed when I purchased it.

Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, in what country are you located? Please gather and share with us your thermostat's power reading. After that, try restarting your Nest Thermostat by going to its Settings > Reset > Restart. Also, power cycling your system might help. 

 

Check out the guide below to get your thermostat's power readout:

 

  1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Look for Technical Info.
  4. Select Power.
