ECO problems

My eco keeps turning on even though I am home. In the middle of the night it will turn on, therefore not letting the AC run and it gets hot. I turn it off, switch from away mode back to home and after a little bit it turns back on! This is happening more and more frequently all the time while I am home. During the day, at night, no rhyme or reason, it just switches to away mode and activates the eco.

Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but my timeframe of when my problem started appears to coincide with the last update of my nest, which was about three weeks ago. Maybe it has something to do with it, but not quite sure, but I can tell you I’ve had the nest for a while, and I’ve never had these type of problems at this frequency.
