Eco Mode Enabled / stuck while home

Getting help is not user friendly. When I select "contact us" I expect to actually be able to contact someone.

My Nest unit automatically starting mode when I'm home. It is supposed to be using my phone to deduce if I'm home or not yet. Yet the Nest is shifting to eco mode when I'm home resulting in a very warm temperature of 80°+

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. I'd like to know more about it. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? 

Checking your thermostat Energy History might help you see what your thermostat was doing previously. You can visit this support article on how to check Energy History in the thermostat or in the Nest app.
