Eco mode confusion

Hi I am struggling a little with my Nest thermostat. It keeps setting itself to Eco even when people are at home. Can anyone offer any guidance as to how to stop this?

Check the location settings on your phone(s),

If they have no access to location it could be confusing the nest and giving you the issues
