I have set a schedule and turned every eco setting that I can find to off. And yet this thing keeps setting our temperature to 76. Last night I manually changed it to 70 at 8pm. Then when we went to bed at 10 it was 76 again. How do you stop this thing from doing this? The thermostat is in a room no one uses unfortunately.

Do you recall opting into Seasonal Savings at any point? I've been having the same problem and that's why. Unfortunately turning SS off seems to be a difficult thing to accomplish.

Hello everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.
@Toodle68, clearing the Temperature schedule in the Reset settings on your actual thermostat might help. Then, check the Auto-schedule and ensure that it's turned off. You can also disable the Home and Away Assist in the thermostat settings. Once done with the changes, restart the thermostat to refresh.
Thanks for the input, @DavisJ3608. How's your thermostat? Does it still change its temperature?
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Mark

Issue was resolved. Turns out another device was hooked up in another unit and they were changing the temps.
