Eco system comes on when sleeping

I'm finding that at night my thermostat shows that I'm away even though it's set up to use my phone to show if I'm home or not.   It goes into the ecosystem and I have to go into my phone app to tell it I'm home. It's doing this on its own and making my house pretty cold and it's not warming it up like I'd like it to be when I get out of bed in the morning . Would appreciate any help fixing this.  Seems to only do this at night.
