'Energy History' not loading

3rd issue with our UK 3rd generation thermostat in 2 weeks. It's clear there are big problems with how Nest as a service is being managed. Clicking on 'Energy History' in the Android app doesn't work, white screen, nothing loads. This service really is a joke now, really regretting buying a Google product.
