Enrollment in Rush Hour Rewards

I recently had a Google Nest installed in my home, and since my energy company (Southern California Edison) participates in the Rush Hour Rewards  I tried to sign up through my account. When I signed up it forwarded me to Googles site but now my SCE account does not show I am signed up and when I try again to sign up through my SCE account, once it connects me to Google it says I'm not eligible because I've already signed up. I can't find anything on Googles site that says what I should do when or if this happens.. do I cancel my setup in google and start over?

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

 

When you sign up for the Rush Hour rewards program, your energy partner  will review your application and reach out when you have been accepted. This process can take up to a few weeks. Did you receive any emails from your energy company yet?

 

Also, you may contact us at 1-855-469-6378 for assistance. Once you unenroll, your thermostat will no longer participate in Rush Hour events.
