Recently my Nest thermostat has started giving me the E103 error. Nothing has changed with thermostat or equipment in over a year. It has been consistantly working for well over a month. And then it stopped, and gave this error. After a lot of messing around it finally started working again when we just physically turned off the firnace, and switched it back on. Fast forward 2 weeks and its erroring again. This time nothing is working.
We have reset the thermostat. We have turned the furnace on and off. We have reset the breaker. Still nothing.
Not sure what else to do? Very unlikely to be the AC unit since this keeps randomly happening and the AC works fine in between...

The E103 error means there is an over-current condition on the yellow (Y1) wire.
This usually means that there is a relay in the Heat Pump Unit that is going bad.
