Error E257 no A/C

An E257 error means your heat pump requires a Y1 wire. You'll see codes like this one if the wires in your thermostat weren't configured properly in the Home app. You'll need to reset your thermostat and add it back to the Home app. See the "Check wire configuration in the Home app" section linked below.
