Failed to revert to schedule this morning.

Hi. We were out last night and the nest went to eco, we returned after the schedule of time. This morning I had to switch heating on manually with the app. It didn’t revert to the schedule on time this morning, it’s like it didn’t know we were home. Can anyone help please?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat not going back to Home mode automatically. To isolate the issue, please check your Home / Away Assist settings and make sure that your phone location is enabled. You can click on this link to learn more about this.

Hi Edward and Archie. Thank you for your replies. I’m pleased to report I’ve had no further issues, it could have been the home/away settings which I have checked and amended.
