Fan Delay - Condensing Unit ON first

Is there a way to delay my fan from coming on right as the condensing unit comes on? The fan blows the hot air that has collected from the surrounding attic into the house before the coil gets cold. So, I want to delay the fan and allow the coil to get cold, and then bring on the fan.
