Fan coil 2 pipe cooling only - wiring

Struggling with wiring my 2-pipe fan coil system (cooling only) to a Nest Learning Thermostat. Old thermostat has N, L, Fan Speed 1-3, Valve close, and Valve open wires.

Very similar to this case: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Thermostats/Fan-Coil-Thermostat-Compatibility/m-p/475554 - but no heating, and cooling has 2 wires: for valve opening and closing. 

Any tips or insights on connecting these to the Nest Learning thermostat?
