Fan starts when heat is on

How do I stop the fan from coming on while the heat setting is on? Never had that issue with different thermostat and I’ve tried shutting down the fan on the app and nothing

Is your issue when your thermostat says heating there is no heat coming out? Just cold/room temp air? I’m encountering the same issue

No it’s just when I turn the heat on the fan comes on and I don’t want the fan turning on with the heat on
