Fan turn on every 7 minutes or so nest thermostat

 Does anyone know why the ac fan may be turning on and off about every 7 minutes. Once the cooling cycle begins it will stay on until cooling temperatures is achieved. Do I need to set the setting to different cooling mode (eco confort sleep) right now this is under eco mode. Central cooling unit with an external compressor unit.

Just checked, it appears fan setting to be on. (Turned it off and will see if this works. Thanks!
