Nest learning is needed for multiple stages of cool or heat. Looking at
your W slot looks like you have 2 wires into it. You might have 2 stages
of heat but running as a single stage nest learning would work better
since you can separate those wires ...
Are you sure it doesn’t say Rc instead of C might be small letters
behind the wire. Looks pretty straight forward swap. I would use the
blue wire to connect to C on nest & on C at the furnace control board
