I have been searching for help. It is definitely the thermostat.
this happened a few months ago to me when it was really cold.Now it’s happening again.
Last time I did a factory reset deleted the app and my account. It worked. Before all that I tried many things.
This time I don’t want to delete my account.
I have done a schedule reset. Didn’t work. Factory reset. Didn’t work. Then set the nest to manual hoping that would work. Didn’t work.
The fan is not blowing any heat at all.
Temperature is set and all I get is a little but without the fan.

How long was the Nest installed before this happened the first time?
How do you have the Nest Wired?

Almost 3 years ago the nest was installed.
I have checked my wires and they seem fine.

Thanks for reaching out here in the community.
I'd like to check a couple of things for us to further isolate the issue. Could you check the HVAC filters, drip pans and fuses. Try to remove the wire from the base and then do a complete reset of your thermostat. This way, we'll be able to refresh the device's connection to your HVAC.
