Hi there
My Heat Link has gone faulty and after contacting Nest support they have sent me case number and a link to their service partner Boxt to have a free replacement fitted.
However when i try to book through Boxt there are only options for Gas or LPG boilers whereas my heating is oil. If I go ahead & put in LPG there are no slots available right up to Jan 23 where the calendar finishes. Also Im not sure if they cover Northern Ireland anyway.
As I am a qualified electrician & fitted the system originally can Nest just post out a replacement for me to fit myself ?

My Nest is working but got an email to get free replacement? I also live in NI wondering should I bother booking after reading your post.

Ive been on with them this morning & they gave me a link to order a replacement heat link at no charge (once I return the faulty one). Its being delivered to me as Boxt dont operate in NI. So hopefully sorted.
