Faulty Learning Nest Thermostst

Last week I texted with various reps about my replacement for my 3rd gen. Smart Learning Thermostat. Each rep sent me the same response; please re-order your thermostat and we will reimburse you upon receiving your faulty one. Herein lies my dilemma. Where do I go to order my replacement? Is my replacement being delivered already? How will you know where to reimburse me???

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that you tried to check the status of your replacement, but nobody can provide all the details. I understand how frustrating it is when they don't explain the process. Help's here.

 

Depending on the replacement option you chose, they will send an email with all the instructions and details about the return process and the new order. I just want to confirm; did you receive the replacement email?
