Hi there
We at AMK Mechanical Service's Ltd purchased several Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation from a company called Richmond Plumbing, Heating, Bathrooms on the 17/03/2023 however 2 have been deemed faulty by yourselves after all the necessary checks. I have the serial numbers 09**** - 09****.
Can you tell me how we go about sending them back (address, telephone contact and getting 2 replacements please?.

The Google support person that helped you should have provided you that needed information. This area here, the Google Nest Community, is not the warranty department. Inside you Nest paperwork that came in the box you will find the instruction for filing a warranty claim.
