Forgot password not working

I got logged out of my nest account and the Forgot password link is not sending an email.  I’ve checked the spam folder and nothing.  Any ideas?

Sorry for the delayed response but thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. Let's check your concern further. 

 

A few questions — is your Nest account a Gmail one or is it from a third party email provider? Do you have a migrated Google account or a non-migrated Nest one? Also, what Google or Nest devices do you have on this account?
