Hi.. I set up a new email when I had the nest installed. I’m now completely locked out of my nest app. I would really appreciate help?

If you've enabled 2-step verification, you’ll need to verify your account to reset your password.

Thank you for your reply. I can’t remember the email used for setup, it was a new one I set up specifically for the Nest app. As a result, I can’t sign in.
I’m unable to use my app or set any heating etc.
I would really appreciate some advice?
