Furnace filter replacement reminders

zumienz
Community Member

The thermostat has stopped notifying me when it's time to replace the filter. I have been using the thermostat since 2017 and I had no issues with the reminders until maybe late last year (winter time), I noticed it didn't remind me when it was time to replace the filter. So I reviewed the settings and I couldn't find anything wrong, I thought it was a glitch or something. So I replaced the filter and reset the timeline on the thermostat, but it didn't resolve the issue.

I'm not 100% sure - the customer service recommended me to do the factory reset. I won't know if the solution is successful or not until it's time to replace the filter, which will be a few months later.

Hey there,

We understand but this should not be the least of your worries. If after a few months, the last step will not resolve your concern, you can just create a new thread using the same Gmail account you used here and we'll be able to go through the conversation history.

Best,
