I am wishing I would not have upgraded to the Gen 4. The scheduling is horrible. is there any work around to schedule heating and cooling separate like the nest app? I also noticed I can not get my Gen 4 onto the nest app. The thing is a disaster from what I can see.
Any help is appreciated. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I bought the Gen 4 because google said they are quitting support on 1 and 2.
If there is not a work around, give me suggestions on a better thermostat that I can purchase.

Same! I opened a ticket for the scheduling and I also created a post about it...
The GEN4 does NOT support the use of the NEST App, you can only use Google Home...
