Google Nest 3rd Gen Heatlink dead

As with other users, my 3rd Gen Heatlink is completely dead. It lost all its lights suddenly while the heating was on this morning. My partner is an electrical engineer by profession. The hub has power to it (he tested it) but is dead. I understand BOXT will replace this at Google's expense. Please can you explain how I can arrange this? Or send a new unit for my partner to swap?

I had the same issue. The went to BOXT website and registered the fault. They sent round an engineer. I had to ring up to organise this. It took about 7 days but easiest solution.

Cheers

Mark

Thanks Mark. I'll call them after the Bank Holiday.

Hi folks,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. How's your Nest Thermostat heat link? Were you able to try the suggestion above?

I appreciate your help, @MarkBown.

Best,

Jenelyn
