Google Nest 4th Gen

I am looking to wire a Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen. I have 6 wires connected to my old thermostat. 

2 red wires to the R connection

1 Black wire to the W connection

1 Green and 1 Black to the G connection

1 Black to the Y connection

The thermostat is running a furnace and AC unit - forced air.

How do I wire the new Nest Learning Thermostat to the existing wiring?

I can't seem to find any help with this on the world wide web?
