Google Nest A0063

I have the Google nest A0063 which is less than a year old and it started to have problems. The people who installed the product said that the nest was faulty and had to be replaced. Is there anyway I can get my money back from the company for this faulty thermostat?

Could you provide more details about what happened? What is the installer's diagnosis? Also, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried or they've tried?
