Hi AbdulazizK,
Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats.
A few questions: where are you located? From North America or Europe? What is the make and model of your cooling and heating system, including the make and model for the, fan-coil or air-handler units? Also, could you help us with a photo of how are your thermostat wires connected to your HVAC control board?
On the other hand, you may use our Compatibility Checker to determine if a Nest Thermostat is compatible with your heating and cooling systems.
Keep us posted. We're happy to help.
Best,
Zoe

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to us. I see that your Carrier system has 230V making it a high voltage.
High-voltage systems are electric baseboard heating or radiant systems powered by electricity. They are usually built into the wall and have 2 to 4 thick wires coming out. They are labeled 110, 115, 120, or 240 VAC when Google Nest thermostats are designed to work with most 24 V systems only. High-voltage thermostats should only be installed or uninstalled by a professional due to their high voltage. Also, Nest thermostats are not currently supported in Saudi Arabia. However, we're always looking for ways to improve and bring more features to different regions. Keep an eye out for news and updates.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We're happy to help.
Best,
Zoe

you are half right, the unit it self yes it runs n 220 Volt, but the thermostat runs on 24 volt there is transformer inside the unit transforms 220V to 24V.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the help here, Zoe.
@AbdulazizK, we appreciate your interest. Since Nest Thermostat isn't officially launched in Saudi Arabia, your HVAC system may or may not work with Nest. Also, if you encounter any issues with the device, warranty coverage is limited to supported regions.
We'll take this as feedback. Keep an eye on the Google Nest Community page.
Cheers,
Renz
