I would like to share some feedback regarding the new product release. While innovation is appreciated, it’s concerning that customers are being asked to purchase the new product when existing devices are still functioning well. Not everyone is in a position to buy new hardware—especially when the cost is already very high.

A more customer-friendly solution would be to update the app/software to support all product generations, ensuring that long-time users can continue using their devices without being forced into expensive upgrades. This approach would:

  1. Respect existing customers – People who have already invested in your ecosystem would feel valued.

  2. Promote inclusivity – Not every customer can afford frequent upgrades.

  3. Build long-term trust – Supporting legacy products encourages loyalty and strengthens your brand.

I kindly urge you to consider alternatives that help existing customers, rather than requiring them to purchase new products prematurely.

Thank you for your attention and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I totally agree. I just a month ago, purchased 2 of them. And now you're telling me, I have to pay another ooh ninety something to replace the ones I just paid almost that amount for each. I really don't think this is fair to your customers. And uh, I think you're gonna lose a lot of people. As customers because of this. Namely me when I get the extra money to upgrade.I'm not upgrading to your system.I'm going to purchase a different system.
