Google Nest house and arrow image

I've had a Nest Thermostat E for a couple of years but was recently away for 6 weeks and the thermostat was unplugged. I've plugged it back in and it wouldn't connect to the Heatlink, so I tried to reset the thermostat and now it's showing a house and arrow image. I've tried holding down the screen for a few seconds and the G image appears, then it goes straight back to the arrow and house image. Please can you advise?

I restarted the thermostat E a few times, restarted the WiFi router and tried various times to connect to Bluetooth, then I ended up removing the thermostat from within the app as I had no other options left. I then reinstalled the thermostat from there, using the QR codes on the Thermostat and the Heatlink to reconnect (WiFi and Bluetooth ON). Seems to be OK now.
