Your current thermostat is compatible with the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat.
I would suggest wiring it like this.
White - W/E to W2/AUX - jumper to W2 not needed
Red - RC to Rc - jumper to RH not needed
Black - C to C
Orange - O/B to OB/*
Yellow - Y to Y1
Green - G to G
