“There was a problem connecting to the nest service. Please try again later” - Nest app on Android phone. The Nest Thermostat has been erased from the phone app for the second time in a month!
I've followed all instructions re booting etc. and it will not play.
In UK there is no direct contact for customer support all I get from the community is “have you solved it yet” “I’ll close the thread as I’ll suggest it is resolved when it clearly isn’t” type messages from Google. I would like specific instructions from Google itself on how to resolve this issue (tips from community would be great but, Google, please do not use the suggestions from community to avoid providing specific instructions on how to resolve - do not work to provide the reconnection required

You've done uninstalling the app, and installing it again and same error message appears?
