New nest learning thermostat gen 3. All test good. Can control with Google home, voice and 2 of my 3 hubs. One of the hubs display the following message when you try to access it from its screen or voice.
“Upstairs thermostat isn’t available. You might want to try setting it up again. “
Even though the message appears on the hub screen with a voice command, it still adjusts the temp on the thermostat.

Update. Can access thermostats from multiple hubs except for one. Also Google assistant on my phone gives the same error.?

After chatting with Google support, they told me to factory reset my Nest Hub. I did that, then set it up again and added to my Home app, and now my Nest Thermostat displays correctly on the hub, no more error message.
