Hello! I am hoping that someone can help. I THOUGHT this would need compatible, but am a little confused by my wiring labels. Can someone please explain the best way to connect this system to my Google nest? I tried to attach a picture.  I will see if I can reply with an image.

Hi Humberto!

i actually figured it out and we are up and running! I was putting in too many options for our wires (example more than 6) so the app wouldn’t work. I went back and chose the best best option to describe each one and the app guided us right through! We are already using less energy during our peak hours! Thank you!

To provide you with the correct wiring advice, I need two key pieces of information:

Confirm your Nest Model: Please indicate the model you are installing, as wiring compatibility varies between devices. If necessary, feel free to check the help article How to tell which Nest thermostat you have. I think some possibilities may be:

  • Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Generation): (The large, round metal model)
  • Nest Thermostat (2020): (The newer model with a mirrored lens)

Provide information about your HVAC system: please share the make, model and features of your equipment.
