My Nest experience has been ruined by the move to Google. My app has never connected since. Having tried to reset the thermostat and reinstall the app over the weekend, I’ve lost manual control too. The Thermostat and Heat Link think they’re connected, and both think they’re working. But the heating is constantly on and the thermostat is showing a local temperature 5C higher than the target temperature.
Any ideas or help gratefully received.
