Ground floor started only heating when top floor Nest was on. Now not heating at all

Hi there.

Out ground floor Nest only brought heat to rads when the upstairs Nest OR the hot water was also set to on.

Now the ground floor does not heat even if upstairs and hot water (which still works great) is on.  Have tried resetting link and doing manual.  No difference.  Any suggestions?

The "circulating pumps" of the ground floor do come on when it is turned on.  Just no heat is pumped to the radiators.  And if only ground floor is on the boiler does not engage even though the circulating pumps are on

I assume you are in the UK? I assume you are talking about resetting the Heat Link? Should that be yes, what colour light did you have on the H/L before you reset, and what colour is it now?

In the UK yes.  I reset the ground floor heat link.  Waited till it went flashed blue.  Reset it.  Now yellow.  I didn't reset top floor one as that all works fine.

The link is clearly fine as the circulating pumps come on when ground floor told to come on.  But the boiler does not engage (unless the top floor is also turned on in which case it does engage!)

Is this likely a nest issue or a boiler / radiator issue?  Thank you!
