Hi there I’m getting an H71 error on my upstairs thermostat downstairs thermostats are fine. Distance between heatlink and thermostat is less 10 meters. Distance between thermostat and internet hub is less than 10 meters. No problem with wireless connectivity on other devices.
The issue was until recently happening regularly each day but resetting / reconnecting itself. It now appears there is no power to the heatlink which has no lights and doesn’t respond to a reset.
Any ideas what my options are?
