H72 error

Hello,

I get an h72 message that my thermostat has no power. My header link doesn't work at all. Can someone help me?

How long has your thermostat been installed for? spring 2019
Did the issue happen during the installation? - No
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display? - H72
Have you had any power cuts recently? - No
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently? - No
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup? 1 (living room)
Also, please let me know if you tried these steps:

Press the button on the Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it - Dit it, no lights
Check if the circuit breakers and the switches are set to on - Did it, all oke
Turn them off and then back on - Did it, nothing changed
Press on the button again and check for LEDs - Did it, no leds working

Thanks for your response, but responding after a week is very late if you don't have heat in your house. I was able to contact Google myself after a long wait and received a new heatlink after a few days. I'm really happy with the help, but if you don't have heat in your house, waiting every day is too long and I wouldn't recommend a Nest Thermostat to people. It is also noticeable that the temperature on the thermostat deviates about 2 degrees from the actual temperature, which is really not good for its expensive and modern device.
