Help, I've done all the basic troubleshooting steps and am not able to get my Nest Report. Can someone help me wiht suggestions. I'm not very technical or computer savy. I will attepmt any suggestions or steps to get the NEST report. Nest unit is connected to wifi, I've verified my email address, checked the junk folder. Verified I set up the report opion in NEST settings. Is there anyway to request report from Google. Thanks for your support, much appreciated.
