HELP!!! Nest Thermostat E - 3 Radiators are on out of 6 even when heating is off ?

Came home today house is at 25 and 3 out of 6 radiators are scalding to touch even though the thernostat pnky set to 17? 3 radiators not even on.  Tried turning heating off with the app didnt work. Reset the heat link and thermostat both say they are working correctly they only way to get these radiators off is to turn the boiler iff at the wall? What else can I try to fix this or anyone know what issue could be please

  • When did this issue begin?
  • What other unusual symptoms have you noticed since the problem started?
  • Are there any error messages? If so, please provide the exact wording.
  • When was the last maintenance check performed on your HVAC system?
  • What are the wire labels for your current connections?
