HVAC Monitoring Does Not Work

I have had two major issues come up this summer with my HVAC condenser where my AC stopped blowing cold air completely. I never received any HVAC Monitoring notifications even though they are on.

I understand how the HVAC monitoring alerts the customers for potential issues with the eligible HVAC systems. A list of eligible HVAC systems is available in this Help Center article for HVAC monitoring from Google Nest. It also includes all the settings that need to be enabled in the app depending on the Nest Thermostat version you have and what type of alerts you should receive.
