HVAC tech told me nest burned up my compressor.

My hvac guy told me that the nest thermostat will intermittently lose power and reverse compressor causing it to fail prematurely. 

Trane actually has a kit to prevent this because Nest thermostats have destroyed so much equipment. 

I am contacting an attorney this week to see if there is possibility of a class action lawsuit because the nest cost me several thousand dollars to repair the damage it did.

DO NOT USE A NEST THERMOSTAT.
