Haven't been refunded for broken thermostat

My NEST thermostat disconnected from Wi-Fi. I wasn't able to reconnect. Google said they would replace broken device. Sent a smoke alarm instead. Took a long time for them to comprehend they sent wrong device. Finally sent a new thermostat. I let it charge the night before installation. It wasn't charging and wouldn't hold a charge. 

I put old thermostat back on to return "new" device. Old thermostat reconnected. 

I returned their device and they still haven't refunded my money.

Thank you for replying back. This situation was hopefully resolved. 

I appreciate you checking in on my. I will know on the 31st or not if this has been completely resolved.
