Heat Link is not providing 12 v but 24V

Hi, 

The heat link is not providing 12 V to the thermostat. It's providing 24 V. Do you know why?

Thanks for reaching out to us @Victor10 . I would be happy to try and assist. 

 

Could you please grab a picture of the Heat Link with the multimeter attached to the terminals and the voltage reading so I can have a look at it?

Thanks for your response, it seems it was a problem in the multimeter. I trid with another one and it's correct.
