Installed the Nest Thermostat using Y, R, W, G, & B as common or OB. Same colors in same configuration on furnace. Set thermostat to Heat and picked temp. Both furnace and AC come on at same time. Single stage furnace.

Post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here.
You can not go by the wire colors as there is no standard

When I do a wiring check in the thermostat it says C is missing as I don’t have Blue wire plugged there. It is in OB.

I figured it out. I did factory reset and redid everything. Working fine in all modes as should!

Not sure how to add photo. On thee we furnace main board. Red to red. Green to green. Yellow to yellow. Whit to white. Blue to common (c). There is an additional 2-wire cable, red and white. Red to yellow terminal. White to common (c).

Do a factory reset to the Nest Thermostat and set it up again using the Home App.
Connect everything one to one with the blue wire going to C.
Then select the following when asked in the app.
R, G/G1, Y/Y1, W/W1, and C
